It's Time to talk Tomato...Tomato Art Fest that is!

There is so much to say that I will be brief as possible and encourage you to visit www.tomatoartfest.com for details!

There are about one million contests to enter!

Please enter them (or one, at least!) We need contestants! Do you have a large, tiny, ugly or beautiful tomato? You could be a winner! Do you have a great pizza recipe? You could be a winner?

Can you make up a jingle about tomatoes and Southwest Airlines? You could be a winner who gets to travel!!!!!

Catch my drift? Enter some great contests and encourage your friends to do the same!

Get out anything that is red and make a costume!

We plan to meet on Woodland Street at 12th and parade ourselves up the street at 10am to kick off the Tomato Art Fest by tossing some tomatoes! We want you to join us, with your kids…and your little dog ToTo, too!

If you dress up in your best tomato gear, you are sure to get attention- just ask Andrew Thompson about that!

Tell everyone you know to come out and have fun with us!

There are great new events to enjoy as well as lots of old favorites!

And don’t forget about that ToMaTo ArT! (my personal plug!)

There are well over 100 artists represented in this amazing art how, and we encourage you to come out and see it! If you want a sneak peek at the show, come to our preview party on Friday night! There will be delicious food provided by Eastland Café, music provided by American Songwriter, and drawings for prizes (including 2 round trip tickets from Southwest Airlines). Oh- and a bit of tomato art! The cost is only $30.00/person

August 11 is Tomato Art Fest day. Are you prepared?
