Eastwood Neighbors Representatives Needed at Traffic and Parking Commission Meeting

This meeting's agenda will include a hearing on traffic plans for the intersection of Eastland Ave and Porter Road. Council Members Mike Jameson and Eric Cole have been jointly working with our neighborhood to seek solutions for this dangerous intersection for much of 2009. For coordination purposes, please contact Brett Withers at bwithers365@yahoo.com if you are planning to attend the Traffic and Parking Commission Meeting.

Please join your neighbors from Eastwood and the rest of Council Districts 5, 6, 7 and 8 at the Convention Center Community Meeting. Mike Jameson and the other East Nashville Council Members are co-sponsoring this meeting and are looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this important topic prior to the next City Council Meeting on January 19th.

I know everyone is busy, times are hard ..yadda yadda....
In order to secure our property values and beautiful neighborhood we need everyone to pay the association fees. It's only $20 for the WHOLE year. You can pay via mail or paypal (you can pay with a credit or debit card on paypal, you do not have to have an account). Scroll to the bottom of this blog for address or link.
These monies go toward things like: Meetings, newsletters, cleanups, TN Dept of State fees for keeping association active, neighborhood beautification, etc. Small price to pay to keep the wheel turning!
