Eastwood Neighbors submits a winning proposal for $49k Discretionary Fund $$$
Yes! We submitted one of the 3 winning proposals! The winning proposals are as follows:
- Create a sense of unity throughout East Nashville by planting a single species of ornamental tree throughout the neighborhoods. (submitted by Eastwood Neighbors)
- An electronic billboard located in the center of the James A. Cayce Homes to be used to announce community events, advise residents of weather conditions and health/safety alerts. (submitted by Cayce Residents)
- Proposal for bus stop shelters with artwork. (submitted by East End)
All are wonderful ways to use this money and we are all excited to see such great changes and improvements to East Nashville.
