Tuesday, August 25, 6 pm, East Branch Library

There will be a 3rd community meeting on Tuesday, August 25 at 6pm in the basement of the East Branch Library to continue our discussion of the plans for a new commercial/ residential building at the corner of 16th and Ordway.

On the Agenda:

• Results of the MDHA design review committee

• Recommendations from the Rediscover East Urban Design Committee

• Latest plans for 16th and Ordway from Richard Amend

• Status of the rezoning request from CN to SP-MU

• Options available regarding traffic calming issues for N 16th St.

The two goals of this meeting are to continue to gather Neighborhood feedback and for Mike Jameson to be able to gauge neighborhood sentiment in support of this ambitious project.

We look forward to your participation.
