There are two community meetings of interest to Eastwood Neighbors scheduled for this week.
Monday, 03/18, 7:30 PM: 800 N 14th Setback Variance Request Community Meeting held at Eastwood Christian Church, 1601 Eastland Ave, in the Choir Room.
This meeting will be with Brett Diaz of Woodland Street Partners. Mr. Diaz will be reviewing the setback variance request that is scheduled to be heard before the Board of Zoning Appeals on Thursday, 03/21. Mr. Diaz will go over the request and the proposed site plan and building renderings and will be available to answer your questions about this application.
Wednesday, 03/20, 6:30 PM, East Park Community Center (700 Woodland): Rediscover East! and Eastwood Neighbors present Zoning and Planning and Codes: Oh My! A Neighborhood Introduction to Metro's Residential Services

Representatives from Metro's Historic, Planning and Codes Departments will be available to introduce their departments and answer questions about their services. Councilmembers Anthony Davis and Scott Davis are also scheduled to attend.
