Thank you to the many property owners who have already submitted surveys indicating your preference regarding the Conservation Zoning Overlay expansion proposal. For those property owners who have reached a decision but have not yet submitted your survey, please do so as soon as possible. Some property owners have indicated that they would like additional information to supplement the summary that was provided in the Winter 2013 Eastwood Neighbors Newsletter - which is available on our website under the Newsletters tab - and the Design Guidelines document that has been posted to previous blog entries.
In order to accomodate this information request, Eastwood Neighbors has scheduled a second Conservation Zoning Overlay information session with staff from the Metro Historic Zoning Commission. Details are below:

Time: 6:30 PM
Venue: Eastwood Christian Church, 1601 Eastland Ave, upstairs in the fellowship hall.
This information session will consist primarily of a repeat of the presentation that was given on Tuesday, December 10th for the benefit of those who missed that session or have additional questions.
In the interim, property owners are encouraged to review the summary document in the Winter 2013 newsletter or to contact the Metro Historic Zoning Commission at 615-862-7970 with any questions.
All survey responses are due to Brett Withers by Tuesday, January 28th for presentation to Councilman Peter Westerholm.
