Agreement Reached In Setback Reduction Variance Request At 800 N 14th

The setback variance request for 800 N 14th was approved at this afternoon's Board of Zoning Appeals hearing. The criteria that were agreed upon at Monday's community meeting have been written into the order. Thanks to Brett Diaz and the team at Woodland Street Partners, Councilman Peter Westerholm, and the many neighbors who participated in this process of writing to the BZA and/or participating in the community meeting. Everyone has worked together to ensure that we will have quality, appropriate infill on this parcel, which is a gateway to Eastwood. Congratulations to Woodland Street Partners!
