Conservation Zoning Overlay Approved By Metro Historic Zoning Commission; Planning Commission Hearing Set For 03/27

At their Wednesday, March 19th meeting, the Metro Historic Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Eastwood Neighborhood Conservation Zoning Overlay to the Planning Commission and the Metro Council.

The Planning Commission will now hear the application at their Thursday, March 27th meeting. That meeting takes place at 4:00 PM at the Sonny West Conference Center in the Howard Office Building, 700 2nd Ave South. There is free parking at the Howard Office Building complex. Once inside the building, go downstairs and the conference room is on the right.
